I am an insurance provider of massage with several insurance companies, and can bill them for your treatment. Most insurance plans require that you have a prescription from your doctor or preferred provider in order to pay for massage services. I recommend that you contact your plan to check for any specific requirements before booking an appointment to avoid being billed for non-covered services.

For any other insurance plan, I require that you pay at the time of service, and I will gladly create a professional receipt that you can submit for reimbursement.
